There are also numerous times that she makes it clear that honor means nothing to her, nor does she care about the system upheld by orcs and tauren. It’s a prime example of evidence of how the forsaken are part of the horde only for convenience, since they would be wanted nowhere else, and an enemy/threat to all.

she still believes in free will she even says so to baine in one of the cinematics and she even lets saurfang fight to his “Death” all on his own with his own free will.

Being that she scours upon the orc honor system and therefore doesn’t show any support or loyalty to the other members of the horde…especially the backbone of the horde. She calls her betrayal a support for “free will”. Just like you stated, anyone is free to do whatever, but won’t be supported. And if you don’t support my ideas, you die.

The only thing I’d say being out of character for her was butchering her own civilians in Arathi. I get it, it was a power play showing Anduin that she didn’t intend to start war then, but killing even the ones running back to her? When her entire purpose before was to create more Forsaken because she was worried about her people dying out, butchering that many kind of goes directly against that.

I was quoting the OP. You should really respond to them…but let me take this opportunity to say that I really liked Sylvanas before she became the warchief. She was a strong and complex female character that someone has seen fit to write into a mustachio twirling villain.

she was always evil after becomeing a banshee, just a manipulating kind of evil. from her fist mission in TFT to now she has done nothing to make me think otherwise. Sure you get some forsaken that say shes a swell gal but then I’m sure you could find that with all of the worst people throughout history.

It reminds me of the (frankly not entirely pleasant) situation towards the end of the old Star Wars EU, except oddly condensed. That took years to play out, whereas this has gone off the rails inside of the last year or two.
