I’ve never thought of their legs as skinny. Because they’re bent differently, they do seem awkward but it’s more that they appear squat than anything else.
They do look very muscled, refrigerator-like is a good way to describe them.
Maybe if their legs were a bit longer, that would help. Idk, I’ve never played one.
Everything is supposed to be chunky and cartoony generally.
Which is why I roll my eyes everytime I see someone complain whenever a race doesn’t look “human” enough.
Have you even seen humans in WoW? They’re all roided and huge.
It’s just the art style, and it’s kinda always been like that.
Elves for pencil-thin, Gnomes/Gobs/Dwarf for shorty races, some skinnies like Trolls, and everyone else is a chonker in either muscle or fat (or both).
But seriously, I agree, I really don’t like their proportions, in fact, it’s actually weird how muscular they are considering they had far more scholars/mages, engineers and priests than Vindicators, though I suppose all Eredar men trained for that one 1v1 goat fight that I forgot the name.
