Creating a question that has only one answer is not done in good faith, it’s created to give you something to hold on to, no matter how wrong you are.
I will say you don’t need 10 toons to delete someone, I can also say if you don’t want to be killed by a roving band of jerks don’t go into warmode.
I suspect what you want to hear is that it’s not possible, but in reality people getting womp’d in PVP isn’t even kinda why the software was banned.
