Never trust a MHP
memes. i have a general idea of why they’re employed (to poke fun at people you disagree with or feel superior to).
its true that new/casual players tend to go for heroic classical race/class combos, and because they’re new/casual players, they are much easier to make fun of and more plentiful, thus providing a soft target for memes. but i dont think it’s exactly befitting your station as a seasoned player of advanced years, to find joy in making light of the mistakes of new students.
If they do me dirty will u use ur undead racial and eat their hearts out, House Lannister can’t be allowed to fall
you’re a new student. i can overlook the mistake.
I ain’t even mad… this take is just… wow.
No joke, I had human paladins adding me to bnet to yell at me because I used my racial after killing them in WPvP before (pre-warmode era)… they were more angry over me using the racial than over me beating them
Try playing a dot class.
The number of chuds who’d whisper me because they died after they killed me in a state of righteous indignation was mildly depressing.
its disturbing. wsg, younger me, courageously charge into the battle to heal my companions on my clothie priest. it’s wrath of the lich king. an undead rogue, pops up behind me, chain stuns me till dead, then sets up an umbrella and snacks on my corpse. i literally moved back from the computer screen. and said…“groooooss. that’s gross. omygosh, get away from me you boney freak.” he was likely humming a tune the whole time.
At the same time that void elves and lighforged were added? No, it’s just another inane point of absurdity.
I started playing BEs only, and the Ghostlands stuff plus knowledge on Sylvanas, I’ve always looked at undead as my buddies and I love them I miss seeing them now that I made Lannisteros a VE
hey, i understand their story now but at the time, i thought that was disgusting.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen it but I tend to be sorta aloof on noticing stuff lol
I don’t think that’s depressing, that’s hilarious.
And remember than I kind of am a dot spec. I’ve used to fly up over people that would simply hover and wait until people would leave the Crossroads and dot them to death while using a glider and all my instant casts only for them to try to fly away and die with the last tick of living bomb.
It was a beautiful sight.
Excuse me, what’s gross here it’s your intolerance for Forsaken culture. Clearly, that rogue was famished after who knows how many hours of ganking clothies, he needed a breather and a snack.
(Yes… this is indeed a joke)
It didn’t happen at the same time, though.
its how they heal back up after a battle. the umbrella though…lol that was just…it was wrong.
And that’s a huge part of the problem. It irks me no end when the answer to “What the hell? That’s not what I’m seeing in the game I’m playing.” is “Go read this book.”
I’m not playing an MMO with the expectation that I have to do reading assignments, like homework, to understand what’s happening in the game. It’s ridiculous.
but come on, an umbrella? he didnt need an umbrella. lol
Heh maybe I’ll notice it now that I’m maining Alliance
Live game was still in bfa prepatch when that q&a went up, so in fact it was. Quite literally, the same time.
Remember that time they killed off perhaps the only well written Horde character ever added in WoW and not in WC3 because no one liked him because they put all his motivations in a novel?
Thanks Obama.
