Why is a 1.5 min trinket is bis for like all 2 min classes
And it needs to be nerfed… Why?
It’s too powerful relative to the other trinkets available 
Edit: Assuming it is over performing, I haven’t actually looked myself
way over budget for a 1.5 min trinket
How so?
Eye of kezan and mugs moxie jug seem to be bis for more people than the cards
Should they be nerfed before they touch the cards one?

jug is int only, kezan got nerfed already. time for house of cards to get nerfed to be in line and not bis for 2 min users
And its still more popular than cards, which can be used by anyone
And still higher up on alot of lists than cards

If cards get nerfed then Sub might still use Transmitter. That would be bad I think.
Its got some rng meaning it can be a little over stated and was redesigned to be the 1.5 min spec premier trinket since it was originally an okay 2 minute, before they realized they didnt make any 1.5 min stat trinkets thay went above heroic ilvl and this one got reworked to fill the gap.
2 minutes suffer as a by product with soulsetting ruby or the priory as options, but priory has the secondary group compenent holding its scalling back.
