That’s not a diss lol
Dragonflight alpha looks great and high keys are a very fun way to learn wow and improve dramatically.
It’s amazing how many people in classic can’t watch their feet or kick simple interrupts. Why so many people are hard stuck on m’uru.
Playing in high keys fine tunes your MMO skills. I highly suggest it for anyone trying to improve their classic game.
I like the hopium you are huffing that new servers won’t have GDKPs. But if gold is low there’s even more incentive for GDKPs just with lower prices obviously
Low gold means less incentive for GDKPs because you can farm more gold in the world by farming mobs and vendoring drops.
I love how you guys play this game and have no idea how the economy even works in the slightest.
Oh there will be plenty of gold on fresh servers.
The bots always win.
Always.
SoM had gdkps going like a month in, no boosting no brm bots no DM bots.
Didn’t matter. Everyone was loaded.
Doesn’t Fresh Servers open up for transfer after 2 weeks or something? I feel I remember reading something about that.
In which case it’ll only be fresh for that time frame and then people could just transfer and bring all the cash stacks with them thus making it like any other server.
There’s not a chance in hell I would even consider rerolling on a fresh server and just trashing all that I’ve accumulated on my current toon over the last 3 years.
No, not even close. They said a minimum of 90 days before they will even consider it and it may be way longer.
Rerolling doesn’t delete your current character FYI. You can always come back and admire your pixels whenever you want.
Your right it doesn’t delete it but let’s also face if you plan on playing fresh what you do now has 0 consequence.
The problem for me with established servers is gold built over time.
Lets be real fresh isnt going to stop boosting, RMT or bots, what is is going to do is create a environment where all the people there start at 0 gold level 1
Instead of currently where an established server is nearly 1000 days old (even at 50 gold a day thats 50k gold that the average player should have in TBC servers)
50k is alot of gold to catch up, sure I could level 1-80 in the same time as an existing player (due to prepatch etc) but catching up on 1000 days of gold farming is much harder.
Which means my preference would be fresh, but I do have 70s on pagle, bene and soon grob just incase fresh doesnt work
Truer words were never spoken
The amount of gold you have relative to an established server is meaningless. I don’t know why you think that matters.
No one will have gold on Fresh.
You dont seem to have read my post, as that is my point.
Starting fresh compared to an existing server is preferable because if I was on an existing server I would be 1000 days behind in gold making. Whereas on a fresh server I would be 0 days behind.
Yeah in that case Fresh is the right choice. I also have 70s on other servers as backups but I doubt I’ll play them after Fresh starts.
yeah will be fresh at the launch give it month or two and the fresh servers will have just as many bots as the other servers
but GLHF in the fresh servers
i can only speak for Jom alliance but there were GDKPS moment there were enough 60s to raid
8 weeks after fresh launches
RIP
This is FRESH Wrath not SoM.
You can’t really compare them because they are COMPLETELY different.
the copium is strong with this one
Frosst is like that door to door salesman trying to sell cheap vacuum cleaners. His sales pitches have just as much (errr lack of) quality too
