We finally have a good server with a healthy population and ZERO que times.
So they go almost 2 full weeks from the start of launch with 8 hour que times before they open up transfers and NOW they open free transfers off of a server that DOES NOT need transfers…
Was anyone having issues getting on Thunderfury?
Keep in mind layering is still a thing. Blizzard expects a drop off of players so that every server can reach 1-2 layers of active players by phase 2, but with several servers the amount of players currently playing is so huge that they need to take extra measures or when they remove layering they will have massive queues.
Because they expect Thunderfury to increase in popularity over time. They want to try to avoid queue issues before they happen.
Their trying to feed arcanite reaper.
My guess is layering. They see the numbers, and they’re trending too high for phase 2.
I can’t imagine why the server named after Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker would increase in popularity so drastically.
After all that’s why I chose to roll on Thunderfury lol.
