The grind for this damn ram was bad enough last week with scrap/mine turn ins. Now it;s a 2+ hr wait for a (usually 2.5%) loss as ally.
Put in some sort of kill % or something please Blizz.
I get you don’t want people in the mines, but if you’re going to nerf the girnd even more, then it’s just going to lead to fewer people quing. I’ve been fighting the same BG for an hour, and I’ve gotten ZERO TW badges, even though I’m killing players and doing what the game wants.

Just got mine. Went from 33 to 40 in the process. Felt good. Little goofy watching alliance just simply be incapable of figuring out how to actually win an AV but alas…
Looking forward to doing it on the horde side next. Still have to get the 500k on my main doing the deathwing thing though.

Good news! They buffed the loss to 5%. 
I do wish they’d made it “earn X honor in AV…” because Chromie’s quest clearly shows that they could have.
Umm, they made it way easier, but you’re probably not going to grind it out in a day. Get in the BG, do a couple of the 10 badge dailes, leave, and do it again tomorrow. You’ll have the mount in a few days.
Waaaay better than the tedium that it was before.
Wait do you need to do the event on both Horde and Alliance separately to get both mounts? I was under the impression both mounts unlocked at the same time.
You do not need to repeat it on the opposite faction. When you use the item to unlock the mount, it will give you both.
You should see the “already learned” text on the reward tooltip if you’ve completed it on the other faction.

Also, the ram turn in quest gave more than the mine turn ins. I don’t know what the horde equivalent is, frostwolves?

IIRC in the hotfixes, both the mines and rams/wolves were set to 10 badges for the first time each day, none after that.
Doesnt one side unlock the other?

The rams give you 2 tw badges or 1% towards the acheive/mount for each turn in now. I just finished it today. \o/
It brought in farmers who just stayed at mines or w.e and didn’t participate. They are doing it in a way that you actually have to play the BG. And it wasn’t supposed to be done in one day anyway so it was broke. You have almost 1month and a half… stop making life worse for yourself.

Honestly, the way the Alliance plays AV they should have changed their mount to a turtle. 
Should have rewarded much more badges per av. You can a ton more in any timewalking dungeon in less than half the time.

Why do ppl want this silly Ram?
So, I have literally only worked on this alt in AV the past two days and am already at 95% and thats having started AFTER the changes. I already got the mount on my main day 3 of the event.
Its nowhere near as long as everyone is trying to paint it as. Do the Daily Quests and play the game and it comes pretty quickly. People are saying there are longer queues on the Alliance Side, maybe that is true, but from what I have heard several horde have been doing it mercenary mode on the Alliance Side because its better. Idk about that though, I just know its been pretty fast.
The hell do you mean a 2+ hour queue? My queues are 2-6 minutes at WORST. Are you… are we playing the same game?
