Why Dwarves doesn't have +5 on Blacksmith or mining and Hammer Specilization?

I am really surprised at the fact classic Dwarves doesn’t have these racial
as bonuses. I initially thought they had these, as in many games a Dwarf
is good with maces especially due to hammering metals and making.

This was a bit of a surprise as majority of thing in WOW classic
gives immersion a more higher priority.

Even worse is how Stoneform gets inadvertently nerfed in BC with Blind becoming a physical school category spell and no longer granting immunity effects in Wotlk which further makes it even less played once Humans get Emfh.

Dwarf isn’t that bad. Removing 5 stacks of wounds on demand is pretty neat.
