Why don't you play more arenas or rated PvP modes?

So I usually push to duelist and then stop. Sometimes if the tabard’s really worth it, I’ll push to 2.4.

That being said, I’ve taken more breaks during DF PvP than I ever have prior, and the reason is because of just blatant lack of class balance. We have all of these knobs and dials we can tune and turn for PvP specifically. We see it all the time where there’s patch notes: “Only in PvP combat with other players”. And yet, they just let it sit.

It’s a personal stance kind of thing though. I just think there’s a lot wrong with the game balance wise and wish they’d communicate more on it.

understandable… thanks for putting up healing my stupid butt in legion. lol

Cc fest isnt fun, i cant react fast enough

Did you ever want to learn and get better? because usually spriest does the steamrolling most of the time if they know how to play properly (no offense to you, but most casters get steamrolled easily if they dont know what theyare doing)

have you tried the solo shuffle mode at all?

I healed you? O_O

I don’t remember this character. But here’s what I’ll say. You ain’t stupid, and I’m still proud of you.

Being as competitive as it is, I don’t want to let others down because I’m not as competitive. I just want to have some fun.

It’s super srs bznz, and I’m just not about that. Seems more like a full-time play style/job than something to do for fun.

I suck at it

DRs dont really apply when your health goes from 100 to 0 in less than a second.

I pvp’d for too many years. Now that I’m older, have no desire.

Kanstilxo is my other mage… i think you healed that. I remember playing with you and another one of your friends back then.

I don’t play 2s or 3s because they require team members and I play alone. I didn’t play solo shuffle much because I came late into the season and it just never popped. That said I will play all versions of PvP that I have access to including auto queue rated modes.

I think a large boon for PvP would be to remove entry barriers and number one on my list is Addons.

Pve gear isn’t relevant to pvp though

Ohhh, I remember you. With uh. Neverglad, if I remember right. Long time ago. Glad to see you’re still around!

Arena was always a means to an end to chill out in unrated/epics. I haven’t done them in years, and dipped my toes in just to see if I changed. Naw, it’s still boring to me. Didn’t like yolo Rbg groups, and found dedicated rgb groups to be too emotional. I just want to play, and if winning happens it happens.

At this point I just try to push 1800 for mogs. Not having steady partners is the main reason.

I prefer to get in disc and coordinate. Finding a solid mage is always a mission.

I used to pvp often. Back in Legion I decided to try out arena once again and joined a group that said, “Chill grp, just 4 fun.” or something like that. I joined as a healer, let them know that I was “new” and all seemed well with that. Upon entering into the arena I got chain stunned and died in 2 seconds. After we lost and I was ported back to Dal, the leader of the group proceeded to cuss me out and kick me from the group.

So, ya. Never again.

I’ll run BG’s though. I enjoy that but mainly do it for the mog, hah.

It’s sweaty and I don’t find sweaty competition “fun” if I’m just trying to relax

Random BGs/random epic BGs can be sweaty depending on if there’s a premade or partial-premade present on the match, but for the most part it’s usually a chill experience

My Resto Druid Healing stats for M+ is Haste/Verse. My Ret pally M+ stats are Haste/verse. Prot warrior Haste/verse. Versatility is the stat used in PVP as the “PVP” stat. Raiding trinkets were preferred over PVP trinkets in Arenas. I remember the big push in Warlords was the PVP Weapon, you couldn’t get into a decent RBG group with out your PVP weapon.

Nothing. Promotes bullying.
