I have several mounts but no tab to summon one
In Classic? At level 11? Don’t believe you can ride yet, so…
You don’t have a mount or pet tab because adding those conveniences would make certain doofy elfs cry.

some mounts are spells. check spellbook. others are items. check bags.
Mount tab was added in a different version of the game. Classic Cata has it; Vanilla does not?
What game are you playing and what level is your character?

I am a level 37 Paladin and I play in classic
Classic Era? Classic SoD? Classic Cata? Classic Anniversary?
They’re all a little different with different rules.
SoD, Era, and Anniversary do not have mount tab.
And you don’t get mounts til 40 in those to begin with
