Is it a graphics setting or is there something I have to click first because I don’t see any orbs for the last flight sequence.

I dunno, but you can ignore the entire flight sequence by just flying directly from the boat to where you fight the boss. There is zero reason to actually chase the boss.
B line it straight to the chubs with the lanter and you good. No need for the orbs
