Why doesnt the tickets i created show up?

I am trying to transfer a wow classic loot “bloodfang shoulders” to a guildie “skinnyofxd” because the raid made a mistake and i accidently wore it.

when i try to make a ticket there seems to be no indicator of a ticket made???

They aren’t visible at the following URL?

they are not
i tried it in game and the webpage we are on now both doesnt show up on the active tickets list

I have a feeling they won’t be able to help, anyway.

I am aware of what it says at the bottom, but if you do manage to submit a ticket, just go in with the expectation that they can’t help.

This may be a dumb question, but did you used live chat by any chance?

how do i do that?

I’m not showing any tickets submitted by the account you’re using to post with Tooty. When you create a ticket, you’ll be immediately redirected to a page that has a ticket number (Usually looks like: US1234567).

If you weren’t redirected to that page, then your ticket may not have been opened.

However, I would ask that you refrain from opening one about this since our Game Master team will not be able to assist.

In addition to the link Ekon provided, it’s also called out in the WoW Classic forums specifically:
