I missed a disgruntled hunter in Thaldraszus and I’ve been waiting for almost two days for it to appear in Thaldraszus, but it has not. Going into the wee hours, why isn’t it appearing there at least once a day? It just hops back and forth between Azure Span and Ohn’aran plains, occasionally the Waking Shores. Does the Time Rifts prevent it from spawning in Thaldraszus?
I don’t understand the spawn logic, but you’re right… I haven’t seen it spawn in Thaldraszus in a while.
Adding: the hunts are in Thaldraszus right now. Currently the southern hunt.

Just adding further confirmation that they still spawn in this zone. A hunt was active in southern Thaldraszus yesterday while I was doing dragonriding races.
Definingly spawned there yesterday. Was able to complete the achievement in 2 days.
