This is not the first time this has happened in the game. It commonly has had areas created for neutral use. The Isle of Quel’danas is already that.
Liberate Undercity from what? People are still homeless there.
I hope they update the areas but they have not. UC has three instances, and the flight point doesn’t work anymore and hasn’t since BFA.
It’s not a new city. It’s just getting a face lift.
We don’t know current player numbers. Last time we heard in DF, they were pretty strong.

They are working together to combat the void and prevent it from taking over the Sunwell because they believe it will plunge all of Azeroth into darkness.
NPCs have always visited other cities.
We don’t know this at all yet. Could be that they have everyone on the Isle since that’s where the Sunwell is actually at.
I don’t know what goes on in RP and judging by your post, the less I know the better.

Earthen model is the closest to the Alliance straight up getting the Blood Elf model via Void Elves. If you want to count modified models, both Zandalari and Nightborne are modified Night Elves. If you want to be very silly about modified models, dracthyr are modified Worgen women, which were modified Draenei women.
That one was proven to be wrong, the rest are mostly correct.
So dwarves and night elves = “pretty much all the alliance models”
It’s the ONLY logical thing to do honestly.
Maybe not a whole goblin cartel. But I’m sure plenty of individual enterprising gob folk would be interested in joining up with the alliance for the gold. As I’m sure the alliance would be willing to spend some $$$ for the right crafty little green dudes.

No. High elves and their human husbands will not make Silvermoon their home. It is a race capital and it should stay that way.

They threw 8 different alliance leaders in my face in TWW alone and you folks can’t even handle one patch about goblins. Srsly get a grip.

the alliance got void elves which use the blood elf model. We are even.
Alliance never had to outsource technology since we’ve been allied with Dwarves and Gnomes since the beginning. We don’t need Goblins and thus never developed a particularly close relationship with them.
TBH if this is just a “I wanna play Goblins” angle, roll one. There’s basically no functional gameplay difference between the Horde and the Alliance at the moment, if you like a Horde race, play Horde. If you like an Alliance race, play Alliance. It doesn’t particularly matter since any content where faction was previously relevant is all x-faction now.
This is the same mindset high elf fans have really. They don’t care about the race itself. They care that the particular race they want isn’t alliance since they want to avoid being friends with Orcs and Trolls.

Us goblins? We’re a big deal. It’s very reasonable for others to desire us.
There’s a reason we’re the only race that sell imaged calendars and centerfolds.

Undercity is still locked behind the door while the Forsaken sulk in the ruins. Don’t feel great to be honest.
Funny thing is Amidrassil isn’t actually neutral in the sense. The Horde can not use the hearthstone, vendors or boat route. They can go there sure, but the whole experience is limited. If they revamp Silvermoon it will stay in the hand of the blood elves since the alliance elves did their best to lay harm on the Sin’dorei every chance they got in recent years.

Exactly. We are watched closely and not entirely welcome. Which is honestly how it should be. We burned down their last home. It doesn’t make sense for everyone to get along after the fourth war.

It’s about time we had some Gnomish clans. The Gnomergan Tinkers, the Deeprun Raiders, the Steelspark Hammers, we could really wreck this game! 
Well to be fair I didn’t necissarily ask for playable Dwarves on Horde but Earthen is what we got so, still playing mine FTH.
In my defense, I thought explosion was part of their natural life cycles…
