The ability in the spellbook still shows the little pink corner to indicate it has a glyph, but you still get those gross floppy wings 
Edit: just tried with Crusade on Ret and the glyph works there why do you hate prot Blizzard

Dude i couldnt agree more. I always said how glad I was we had the glyph. I also play prot. Such a small thing, you’d think; it just being a visual of a cooldown, but it actually makes me not want to play the pally anymore. :’((

This keeps happening and they keep ignoring it, its 2025 for gods sake.
Well, it’s probably absurdly low priority for them. It’s not game-breaking in any way, it’s 100% visual. So it’s sitting somewhere in the dark recesses of ADO or some random Scrum board at the bottom of the barrel.
