Then the State of California would have no power over them, they wouldn’t be in as much danger from Wildfires, and they could do whatever they want with their product without worrying about the state taking action against them, because i promise you, Nevada does not care.

One the suit has already started and it wouldn’t matter if they moved because they would still be subjected to it and also now with the SEC the feds are involved.

Feds are involved now. There’s no gettin’ out of this one now. (Besides which, State would have hunted them down, no matter what. Believe me, I know, I used to work for state gov’t, in another state. I’ve heard the stories too many times.)

Staff is routinely abused in Nevada and nobody cares when they complain or file suits. But I guess at this point, California has already acted and it’s too late to fix this by simply relocating. They should’ve done it a year ago.
They have an office somewhere in the Caribbean for this reason, I think. that office deals with their money or something.

Yeah but largely up till now the gaming industry has been allowed to run under its own steam.
Now the regulators have caught up to them.
