If Death Knights came out today, you’d have to Grind Knights of the Ebon Blade to Exalted for them. Both Alliance and Horde.
Sadly, the game is nothing like it was in WotLK. Stop comparing them, it’s getting as old as comparing Bolvar and Arthas.
