Why doesn’t anyone play Goblins?

Just something that I’ve been thinking about, goblins are really rare and you don’t see them. There’s probably a thread about this already but I’m curious to know why people don’t like to play a gobbylobby

But for reals, they prolly will be playing them next Exp when Tinkers are a thing.

if i were to play a short race it would be one thats cute and adorable like gnomes not vile and disgusting like goblins

I am a huge goblin nerd. Got about 8 high level goblins of each class that goblins can be and the guild I run used to at one point be the largest and most active goblin guild in US servers, but these days I just don’t have the motivation to lead it like I once did. Trust me. They are out there and many people love them. Gonna see even more when model updates come out.

I personally loved my Goblin in WoD and Panda but she’s a demo-lock and they don’t play how they used to right now.

Personally I think they look disgusting… but to those who play Goblins good for you, just not my cup of tea that’s all.

  • They have strange proportions.
  • Their skin is an ugly shade of green. Not the good green that orcs have.
  • Their skin texture makes them look diseased and filthy.
  • It’s impossible to make a good tmog for something so inhuman.

The Male ones are ugly.

I have a Female one, but she’s on a dead non-RP server.

They also need new models… which is happening, thankfully.

It’s a combination of racials and backstory, honestly. I mean would you want to play a race of greedy shlums who would do anything to flip a profit?
