Why does this not display correctly?

This macro works as intended, but for some reason the tooltip is not changing when I hold the modifiers down, any reason as to why?

Make sure the macro icon is set to ?.

Ok, so when mousing over it, it displays the correct tooltip description, but it’s only showing stormstrike for the icon, I’m assuming it’s a bug.

That fixed it, thanks Elven, don’t know why it wasn’t it on “?”

They seem to change to the spell icon some times as of this xpac. I assume it’s some bug/optimization on Blizz’s end.
