I was looking at a picture of the JAILER and that chest hole is really bothering me. Is it a cup holder? What does it do?

It’s where I ripped out his heart for his emotional cheating with Sylvanas.
I’m not too sure but it took away much of the Jailer’s original concept just to display the hole which should mean it’s important.

My theory: Jailer was original Arbiter. Jailer got high on power. Other Eternal Ones banished him, took his power, and stuck it in an artificial Arbiter.
