Why does the cheese stand alone?

I’m looking for food to buy from inn keeper. When I noticed the Tiragarde Sharp heals for 160k and every other food option only heals for 98k. Why did they make the cheese so powerful? It is like they want you to buy only this kind of food. Why even have other options to pick from? All the food has the same price. It would be like them just having Tough Jerky in there for no reason.
