Seriously when garrosh used gorehowl to wound him. He makes this weird noise like OOOORRRRRA instead of something like ow. Can anyone explain this.
Maybe it’s a Jojo reference? Taran Zhu is a monk afterall, and Pandaren are meant to be an Asian equivalent racial facsimile in WoW’s universe.

Monks often practice a form of brain entrainment known as “mind over body” it’s possible that high ranking Shadopan monks have mastered this discipline to varying degrees, it’s highly likely Taran zhu as the leader of the monks has mastered it to such a degree that he can shut off his own pain receptors by sheer mental discipline and life long practice.
