Because he’s fun to have around, and Horde needs more characters with distinguishable personality traits.
That being said, he could probably stand to be a little less around so that other Horde characters could be developed and maybe get personality traits of their own. Nathanos must spend an awful lot of time on boats to get to all the places he shows up in.
As Horde he is extremely annoying. Acts like I am excited to get quest from him and like he is all that. Dude stands no chance with Sylvannas.
