Because if you dc or altf4, you can get back in without queue. I guess.

Are you sure that’s happening. My position is going down steadily. Eta is inconsistent which is normal

Mine is also going up, I’ve been in queue for 45 minutes - 5min ago I was queue 89, now I’m queue position 153…?

Lmao they’ve been logged in way before. There’s no way they could possibly get priority.
I’m convinced their “Position in queue” is like a windows loading bar, completely inaccurate - I’ve gone from 89, to 153, to 60, now I’m 87… it’s just inaccurate / a pointless metric. I’ve also been “Estimated time: < 1 minute” for the last 24 minutes as well (the hype was real… now I’m just bored).
ive been stuck at <1 for the past 15mins
I have been stuck at 350ish in queue on Incendius with an ETA of 3 mins for the last 10 minutes now. Not sure what’s going on.
Pointless metric? I’m sorry, I don’t buy that concept. Blizzard is catering to a select few (thousands) and it’s not just admins or devs. I get five good hours of gameplay time, and two or more is spent in a queue. Truth is, Classic is in lieu of retail. You cannot play both at the same time on the same account, so layer more and let us play the game we are paying to play. Queues are simply unacceptable in 2019.
