Japanese have a culture of having to look natural in school and wearing school uniforms. When they grow up they tend to go crazy with the wardrobe, the anime media reflects this somewhat as they direct there creativeness and individuality here. As when they grow up they can not have things such as dyed hair. You see in animes they tend to have pretty colorful hairstyles and looks, probably since they are pent up with conformity in much of their lives.
This is why America is miles ahead of that country.
Not really, just a difference of culture. USA has it’s own problems, like school shootings.
