Why does FFX1V get half naked transmogs and other things yet blizzard removes anything REMOTELY close to it?

Because FF shows a little more skin?

I didn’t mean it in a political way. Yikes.

If you want a good laugh compare the new starting armor in 9.1.5 with the starting armor in FF14. The game from 2013 that ran on a playstation 3 with 256 MB of RAM.

There is some glamour you can get in the online store that pumps up your chest lol:

There are plenty of skimpy mogs in WoW. You even have the option to hide your chest armor and just show the bra underneath, and you can remove your armor whenever you want and wear nothing but underwear, what are you talking about?? Just play FF then if you’re so upset about
 whatever this is.

Do you really think walking around in 2004 pixel gear or removing the gear entirely is comparable to nice new pieces armor that aren’t full body fridge wear?

The post didn’t mention the quality, it just mentioned the fact that Blizz removes anything remotely close to making your character half naked and people are offended about those things being in game. So it looking bad in game doesn’t really have anything to do with what I said. So like I said, play FF if it’s that big of a deal

The leather chest that drops off of Socrethar in HFC and the leather chest that drops off of Trilliax in Nighthold are both extremely skimpy on both male and female characters, and your druid can use them.

Because Japan has a very different culture, and has nothing but distain and mild amusement for western progressivism.

I lived there for over a decade.

I forget the exact term, but the slang for ‘progressive’ translates as something like ‘sensitive bully’.

While not for tops, they have nerfed a lot of pants for plate.

Thankfully, that nonsense ended around the 1940s and 1950s. I seriously doubt our culture will go in the reverse on that one.

The kyrian covenant legs that you can see in Ralanthel’s profile are usable by all classes and I think you won’t need to be in the covenant to use them in 9.1.5.

Yeah it’s a top-only version of the robe I’ve used before. I think the tunic that drops off the imp mother world boss in legion is a male slutmog too. It’s pretty sad when you have to scrounge for the 1-2 pieces that aren’t full body paint and have more than 8 pixels compared to FF14 where they just go “here, have a full dungeon of swimsuits for every armor type”

I mean that they’ve covered up a lot of pants that weren’t previously covered. Some have stayed, and some have not.

It doesn’t matter what country the game is made in. Games released in America have to be rated by the ESRB (America’s game rating agency), which applies American standards, no matter where they’re made. Likewise, games released in Japan have to be rated by the CERO (Japan’s game rating agency), which applies Japanese standards.

I don’t have to “scrounge”; scrounging implies effort, and I posted four minutes after you with obvious examples of how you’re wrong.

yeah you sure showed me with one armor type having a few pieces of skimpy gear. When was the last time wow got a tier set like the 2B outfit? oh that’s right, never.

  1. these are old 2. leather only? 3. that is all?

This would be my guess as well :+1:

American animation is generally desexualized and all about dat murder, we love killing here, probably why we are the most dangerous 1st world country in the world

But sexuality? Nah, we don’t do that round here, all American babies come from spilled Budweiser and spent 9mm casings

Remember you are taking about a US based company vs a Japan based company.

FF is made by a company located in a country that has nude gameshows on tv, and sells used schoolgirl panties in vending machines
no surprises there
