Come on! A main character in the evoker prepatch doesnt get an updated model… I was like WTF why?! Dropping the ball again blizzard. Just release it before it is finished. ![]()
Why does Wrathion look like a runt dragon? Didn’t look puny in N’Zoth’s carapace.
He’s… not a main character though?
Wrathion and another black dragon are the main black dragons in the Black Dragon portion of Dragonflight.
I don’t even remember encountering Ebonhorn on the Dragon Isles. Maybe we did once?
He did get a new model for this though.
But he is… If you played horde side, and im not talking about his dragon form
…cause N’zoth was giving us a nightmare of a future version of Wrathion?
Ebonhorn has the same role as Wrathion on Alliance. He is only present in the intro of the expansion. Wrathion, however, is the main character for both factions on the actual island.
Again, Ebonhorn got a new dragon model for this.
OP is talking about the Tauren visage he takes when you arrive in Orgrimmar. It does look janky… just a dark tauren with a weird headdress.
No he shifts to his high mountain tauren form on horde side. It is very bad.
Eh, Wrathion wasn’t given a new model either. He still has his BFA model, not much newer than Ebonhorn.
Again, Ebonhorn isn’t a main character. He’s only important for this tiny 2 week period. Lol.
tbf, OP did say main character “in the prepatch” not main character in the expansion.
Not sure how I feel about this Wrathion vs NewBlackDragon popularity contest they have lined up. In any case, I hope Wrathion loses.
I don’t. Only because I don’t think the NewBlackDragon deserves it.
I do think it’ll end with Ebonhorn becoming the Aspect though.
And I wanted to be able to transform into a Tauren on my Drakthyr because Ebonhorn was so cool
His dragon form? I’ve never seen that model in-game before TBPH.
No his tauren form. Its really bad
There’s nothing wrong with his tauren form. It’s just a highmountain tauren.
Frankly I’m confused why they decided to have Ebyssian be the other dragon and not Sabellian. You’d think if they wanted to actually make the political conflict of deciding the black dragonflight leader compelling, they’d introduce both parties ahead of time…
Ummm you may need to get your eyes checked. If you think that is fine and looks good in this day and age.
The Highmountain tribe are traditionally skilled in crafting bone armor, i’m surprised they didn’t add more bones like Baine’s outfit.
…at least he’ll get plenty of protodrake bones after this expedition.
You gotta remember a lot of these brokies are still on the computer they bought 15 years ago, so to them on their 1024x768 screen with everything on low at 27fps, he looks fine.
I’m going with Baron Sablemane. He already summed Wrathion up well in the beta.
