Because dh is the easiest to counter spec in all of wow

Because rogues always op and it just happens to be Outlaws turn and DH is just DH. Blizz couldn’t nerf DH if they wanted to.
That’s true for every melee except maybe Ret and Surv

Pretty sure I never seen a rogue or warrior or ww or dk sit a full root.

I can break 1 root every 30s with Tiger’s Lust, that’s it. DHs can spec Immo Aura dispel and break every magical root every 14 sec or so or twice that if they play with the 2 Immo talent which I don’t think is meta anymore for them.

Outlaw suffers from the casino design Blizzard has given it.
They need to use either vanish or shadow dance to burst, dance doesn’t get its CD reduced so it’s always a minute and a half. If you can disarm/stun them in this window then its no big deal. I feel like the trade off for using vanish for damage is fine, bit of risk I guess.
The problem is when they get shark buff(+60% crit on Between the eyes) from roll the bones and resets on Between the eyes(5% chance per combo point spent to refund 5 combo points). When that happens you get 100k crit every GCD. Otherwise their burst window is maybe 1 or 2 between the eyes, and one probably crits.
DH just press every button off cooldown all of the time and win.

Nope.
I can port while rooted but that won’t help me get to my target and I’ll still be rooted.
Oh and DH can Rain from Above while rooted and still do damage too, I was playing that on my DH it’s fat dam, I genuinely don’t know why DHs don’t play that talent, it hits like a truck since it’s HP % damage (like 600k dam per use) and it lets you dam while rooted and completely avoid melee damage vs melees, it’s such an underrated talent atm. I literally always play it.

if you get kited as a dh or unholy dk just uninstall but not like it reduces your pressure anyway
outlaw never sits roots because cdr on vanish/cloakvasion/evasion and 3 gap closers combined with kidney might as well being ranged with acrobatic strikes
only melee that completely loses pressure when they get kited is warrior and ww and frost dk if it was a thing
