Why does blizzard hate trains?

Seriously, after all this time we have a single train

They even only used it for a dungeon, and we destroyed it

Where is our Train engineering mount that allows you to craft additional segments to allow your friends to ride along behind you

I would say they are just Trainsphobic but it appears that actually is called Siderodromophobia. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

There were a bunch of trains in Black Rock Foundry. And you ride a train in Ulduar

We couldn’t ride the BRF trains

Flat out forgot the Ulduar thing

I didn’t know they hated trains

Most real phobias (The ones that aren’t just buzzwords for attacking people you disagree with) have stupid names like that.

My favorite is Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia.

It’s the fear of large words.

That stresses me out lmao.

I’ve seen this before, the origin of the word dates all the way back to something like the 1840-50s. Nice to know trolling existed even back then lol.

Umm… Deeprun Tram and the train in Ulduar would like to have a word with you.

Speaking of trolling, the term for fear of palindromes is aibohphobia

Trams are not trains!

It has to fly as well. I can picture Emmett Brown’s flying train from Back to the Future III.

Honestly though it would be a great addition to have high-speed trains between Winterspring-Ratchet-Gadgetzan that would speed up travel more than standard flightpaths and 310 flying. Also something similar for Eastern Kingdoms with maybe expanding the Tram system up to Aerie Peak and down to Booty Bay. Could do similar things for Northrend & Pandaria that cross the entire zone. I’m tired of my non-mages having to travel 10 minutes just to do a legacy raid.

Umm trains require tracks. A train mount would be pretty limited in where it could drive to :face_with_monocle:

Trains are also pretty vulnerable if they go through enemy territory because again, tracks
