I think you’ve got it backwards. I distinctly remember the horde got first crack at Arathi first and since there was no ilevel requirement, they got to take in all of their fresh 120s and spam the warfront for free gear over and over. On the other hand, we aren’t talking about heroic raid-level gear or something, they were like 340s. So world quest gear basically.
