Could you please be more specific? You can level there from 10-60 with scaling and Chromie time.

Wait so they haven’t marked the raids legacy yet?
They do that for 11 levels above content. We’re only at 10 levels above, because they raised the cap for BFA when DF came out.
They stopped doing that since the crunch.

BFA is kinda in a weird spot since it’s considered the standard new player levelling experience/timeline. Thus it goes up to 60 instead of the expected 50/55.
But parts of BFA didn’t get scaled up, mainly the end zones areas of that expansion. Raids, mythic dungeons, Nazjatar, mechagon are all lvl 50 I believe. Mythic dungeons are easier than normal since normal is scaled to 60.
Until 11.0 releases and (presumably) Dragonflight becomes the new norm, BFA will be in this in-between world.
It has nothing to do with them being lazy.
Edited to add; raids are legacy as they are scaled lower than open world content. Most cannot be fully soloed though.

the content is almost 6 years old.
THERE IS NO REASON I SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SOLO BFA RAIDS. AND THERE IS NO REASON TO DO A 5 HOUR LONG CAMPAIGN TO GET INTO NYALOTHA

So you can’t solo them?
You can solo some but you need to be pretty geared. But several bosses have mechanics that can’t be soloed since you get mind controlled and the fight gets reset, or ball moving mechanics that can’t be done alone.
I would have to agree.
The raids should of been nerfed to be solo’d no one is going to do 6 year old content to require a group.
There should of been a skip for the campaign, if you’ve been through it once. It’s really silly to do a long campaign just to open up a raid instance.
What I really want now for the time being is to have them fix all the bugs in Azeroth Secrets since it’s preventing some players completing it.
I’m still waiting for secrets day 12 quest to show up and I read in the bugs forums there were other issues with it.

I will be the last to defend them, but you gotta wait till next expac. Just the way it rolls bud.
They’re raids ffs. They weren’t designed for solo, that’s the whole point. It’s just more logical for them to expect you to bring a handful of friends instead of sinking cost to change mechanics to satisfy your immediate craving to play a MMO alone.
