Here I am for almost an hour trying to just play World of Warcraft.
Instead of like, normal games, or games with launchers made by competent developers (did I spell that wright?), Battle.net has a plethora of issues. Wait, you don’t know what a “plethora” is? Must I tell you what is…a “plethora”?
Let’s just skip to the end instead.
It doesn’t load. I follow all the steps on the “Support” site.
And I linger here for chunks of time.
I have a totally cool idea everyone will love.
How about Blizzard stop playing games, and have a launcher that…launches. So we can play our games?
Is that too much to ask?
Oh is it? From customer on sub service? Do you need…moar money to “make it work”?
OR is this some…Pakled fetish thing?
Ya know, there’s many launchers that simply do as per their namesake…LAUNCH.
STO…ESO…Paradox…Epic Games…Origin…Funcom…so many that just. simply. launch.
Battle.net can’t even achieve that.
That = Battle.net can’t even compete with that.
Are they using some super supreme advanced 22nd Century technology?
What’s your game Battle.net? A launcher for games. That is plays so many games, like a clown car, can’t even launch.
Maybe it’s time to start pro-rating and bill back to Blizzard for their idiotic gatekeeper who fails to open the gate to the customer keymaster?
That’d make way ton more sense to happen. Eh? Right?
Just get it sorted, is all that’s being asked here within this feedback.

Maybe you can ask them for technical advise/support?
That entire deluge of rhetoric contains zero actionable information. The launcher not working might have been front-and-center in your head while you were venting, but you forgot to transform those thoughts into words.

Since you posted in Technical Support, was there an issue you wanted help with? Your venting falls on deaf ears here. You’re not influencing other players, and the employees that come here to offer support ignore rants.
Anecdotally, my launcher works fine. I even run the beta and it works fine. I’d bet that I, or others, can get yours to work as well. However, we need to know what the problem is… beyond “Battenet suck[s].”
So, in the interest of providing (gasp) Technical Support, your issue is…?

I have been having issues with the launcher freezing. The game freezes, graphical interface, game terrain all not loading. Most of the fan base here will say it is on my end. Guess what it isn’t. Reinstalled windows 10(wiped my C drive to do so).
Brand new PC, Ryzen 9 5900x, 7900xt (updated drivers) all drivers are monitored and updated regularly. Windows drivers updated.
Servers have been taken a dump since launch, launcher hasn’t worked properly in over a month. Multiple scans and repairs. Instead of piling on all these updates, how about taking things down and actually testing them to make sure they work. Try and outside source not your own servers. (btw those servers need major updates as well)
