Why do you tell us to go to Wowhead for info?

When wowhead is full of viruses and scrap and every time i go there a window of Mcaffee explodes and have to restart the game

Sounds like you got a dirty PC fella. I have never once gotten anything nasty in all the years I’ve used it.

The problem isn’t Wowhead. You need to install ad blockers on your system and scan your system for virus’. Get rid of McAfee, its trashware that’s doing nothing for you; get something like Malwarebytes instead. Make sure your browser is clear of any site “notifications” (in chrome, under site settings) since malware sites will use these to steer your browser to compromised sites or funnel in popups. Verify the system is current on updates.

That’s a McAfee issue for you.
Stopping using McAfee because of that.

Otherwise I’ve had no issue with Wowhead

The only virus you have is Mcaffee.

I can’t prove it;s full of viruses. But Wowhead does not help me find the info I seek.

Like, I want to know what an item is for? better hope some commenter said something. Wowhead only says, "hey, look at the tooltip. It drops here. Good luck idiot."

Because Wowhead is a great website.

Are you purposely ignoring the vast amount of tools that you can use on that website and how quick they are to deliver news?

You’re deliberately being disingenuous and that’s borderline trolling.

Stop questioning Blizzard.

Wowhead has been a community staple for over a decade.

Why tarnish such a great resource?

Does Mcaffee not have an adware blocker included with its antivirus stuff? Never used it, just wondering. Adware blockers work fine when browsing wowhead.

you doomed us all!

Got some brown on your nose, bub.

You don’t need to use that for Wowhead.

You’re wasting money - and being defamatory.

If only you could just install something to block ads.
