We have the Finely-Tailored Holiday Hats in green and red, but aside from the toy, we have no access to the items in those mog outfits that include boots, shorts, gloves, pants, shirts, and belts.

The finely-tailored holiday sets are 6 years old. We now have the Iskaara outfits that would look UH-MAY-ZING with the belt and boots from the finely-tailored sets, AND YOU STILL WON’T GIVE THEM TO US!!
Seriously, please revisit this, and consider adding crafting patterns to make these available.

These are somewhat irrelevant to the topic at hand. I love my Gaudy Holiday Sweater. I’m mogging it right now.
I also really love the skimp mog Winter Clothes in both green and red. I have that mogged over on my Wrath Classic Main (which is to say I have it set up to wear via the Outfitter mod because we don’t have mogging in Wrath Classic).
My point is that after all these years, we still only have the original low-rez outfits from 13 years ago and the sweater. Giving us the other outfits is kind of a no-brainer.
Give us updated skimpy outfits, you cravens.

This, too. The Green and Red Winter Clothes are embarrassing low-rez monstrosities at this point. They need an update.

My OP wasn’t about “holiday transmogrification” in general or about outfits we like best or holiday mog we like better than the Finely-Tailored Green/Red Holiday sets. It’s about asking for access to the Finely-Tailored Green/Red Holiday sets.
Your post made it clear you didn’t want to discuss Finely-Tailored holiday clothes. You wanted to plug the outdated skimp mog outfits from TBC/Wrath era. Hey, that’s fine. I commented and encouraged an update on those, as well. Great sets.
But we already have access to the Gaudy Holiday Sweater and the Green/Red Winter Clothes sets. What we DON’T have is access to the Finely-Tailored holiday sets…which is the title and main subject of my OP.

Saw the pieces of this set in the transmog pane now that white items are transmoggable, and it shows them as being available, but there is no apparent source. Hope they are added soon/sometime this year! I want the basic-looking shorts for my feral worgen transmog!
Got directed to this thread, still looking for these items. I was hoping a new year with the updates to holidays would bring them to light. No luck so far.
So far it looks like the white quality Finely-Tailored items showing up in the Transmog Collection is a bug and there’s no intention from the devs to ever actually make them available for transmog, which has long been my suspicion since they first showed up as “collectible” appearances.
I really wish they would just make the white quality Finely Tailored items available for transmog already, even if the appearances showing up in Collections was an accident.
That’s a real bummer. They look great. With all these other items becoming transmogable, I don’t understand why these wouldn’t go right along with it. Such a waste for them to sit in the collections so long…
What? Did you think this was FF14? No, this is WoW. We aren’t allowed nice holiday outfits.
It would be nice to get some official word on it at least. Right now we can only speculate what is going on with the Finely-Tailored set, but nothing was sad about the full set in the article this year which makes me think that the appearances other than the hats are still not available to unlock as transmog.
They’ll probably end up in the Trading Post next December, or the first one that comes along where they run out of ideas for anything else to stuff in there for the holiday.
