Why do we not have auto-skips for this by now?

If we’ve completed / killed the end boss of a raid 4-5+ times, enough to have earned what would be the raid skip, why is there not a feature that auto skips the minutes of lore nonsense that they spew for minutes before we can engage them?

I’ve killed Garrosh over 500 times on my account and having to sit here for his three minute speech 10 times a week is getting pretty tiresome, coupled with his intermission speeches and the stun at the end, just way overkill. This is only one example but I feel like the biggest one of all. Other shorter ones are Elisande, Norm/Heroic Gul’dan but Mythic is allowed to be engaged right away, the list goes on.

Would be nice to have some subtle quality of life features added for farm content without us sitting through a timer that we’ve seen 500 times prior.

Pull the hallway mobs underneath Garrosh, and he skips the RP and respawns. It’s saves a fair bit off time.

I use bubble so the mobs can’t stun me, you could use a movement ability as druid.

Being able to get the Garrosh shoulders and mount was what made playing mop remix worth doing in and of itself. Although ironically, I actually managed to get the mount shortly before mop remix launched about 2 days after blizz patched in the Garrosh skip. Even more ironically was the fact that I had gone through the process of moving all my mount farming alts to the SoO raid entrance in preparation of a multi-month farming session only to have the mount drop almost immediately. I’m like…bruh…

I got the shoulders before remix. 6 plate characters doing heroic and mythic garrosh once a week for ten weeks means 120 kills (was literally the last kill of the week that they dropped).

I get the shoulders.

Then Blizzard announces Panda Remix

No autoskips for this and no built-in version of BeQuiet for the same reason: everything’s gotta be designed for players with the attention span of a senile fruit fly.

If you think a 3 minute speech is the longest, clearly somebody hasn’t ran Tempest Keep a lot.

Ran that place over 600 times (combined across all of my toons), and he (Kael’thas) gives a 5 minute speech at the beginning, then you have to wait 2 min. after the first phase, and then right before the last phase, it’s 3 min. of speech again, and then finally after you kill him, he’ll “act like he’s dying” for about 30 seconds.

Do the shoulders even still drop from Garrosh? I’ve heard conflicting reports.

yeah they still drop, but most people got them during remix when it only took a few hours instead of the rng hell that is trying to get them to drop

I don’t play all of this “classic” and “remix”. Refuse to play content that i’ve played when it was current. Been playing since vanilla beta. The shoulders, yes. I’ve gotten over 20 mounts to drop by now before seeing the shoulders once.

I agree, he’s one of the worst. I got lucky and didn’t have to deal with that too much before I got all of his things.
