Why do we learn ancestral vision before ancestral spirit?

It doesn’t make any sense to me.

Ancestral Vision is learned first:

  • 100 yard range
  • 9.3 second cast
  • 4 Mana

Ancestral Spirit is learned at a later level:

  • 40 yard range
  • 9.3 second cast
  • 4 mana

Am I missing something or is this a blunder on the dev;s end?

Only restoration gets Ancestral Vision. Ancestral Spirit is baseline so elemental and enhancement can use it.
