The long queue is a result of idiots rolling on a grossly overpopulated imbalanced faction, because they want to be in âthe dominant factionâ further contributing to the problem.
If you donât like versing premades or having long queues the solution is simple, roll the opposite faction, enjoy the isnta queues and premade games, while knowing your actions actually helped contribute to a more healthier balanced factions.
Cross realm sucks, but it isnât the cause of any of this.
Faction imbalance is, people need to stop rolling on the overpopulated faction just because they think it means their on the âwinningâ team.
I donât disagree with premades. Itâs the cross-realm factor causing problems on the individual realms for BOTH factions. Other realms problems with faction imbalance shouldnât be my realms problem.
LOTS OF HORDE = BIG QUEUE FOR HORDE
NOT MUCH ALLIANCE = QUICK GAMES FOR ALLIANCE
You understand if 40 alliance queue and 120 horde queue, that means 40 alliance get in 40 horde get in and 80 horde sit in queue waiting for another 40 alliance.
Itâs simple maths, anyone with the smallest amount of consciousness understands, but the no shoe, mud hutter zug zug still donât get it.
Itâs not cross realms fault, its the fault of all the horde that rolled on an imbalanced faction when they knew damn well there was an overpopulation problem.
Because in a couple months av rankers will have moved on and most people will be queuing warsong gulch and arathi basin for fun/rep rewards, and alliance will still be getting insta queues for wsg/ab while the horde are stuck in their 1 hour queues.
REALLY?!?! That is seriously your take away from all the forums drama?
Without X-realm queues would be longer for BOTH factions, so knock that crap right out of your argument.
Sure there is, forming a pre-made is for ONE purpose, to break the system so you can farm more honor, faster, because many of you dorks need your virtual dolly to have higher numbers when you chat in a capital .
Just stop with the âI hate x-realm because it wonât allow me to be a big fish in a small pondâŚBLAHâŚBLAHâŚAsmongold and streamers ruined the GAME!!â
some servers have 0 faction counterparts to play against because of the griefing lol. But we had battlegrounds in vanilla, was like 5 servers or so per grp.
WRONG! Some servers would have much longer queues as the Alliance is the dominant faction AND overall longer across the board because the pool of participants would be MUCH smaller at any given time.
As far as queues, when it got over 5 minutes I started working on my Alliance toons, not a biggie.
You stay in pre-mades, YOU probably NEED to be carried by a highly organized group. Like Twinks, those that premade donât want competition they just want to accumulate points (HKs, Honor) that they didnât earn, so when people examine their Dollys so they can play internet tough guy.
Outside of individual realms, the queue time would be similar to alliance and horde.
Also, long queue times are a GOOD thing; it manages the faction balance.
With CRBGs, youâll get servers full of Horde. Then youâll get other realms full of Alliance. Never a good faction balance. At least when it was server only, people had to self-regulate for the trade off of quick BG queue times vs. world dominance.
The only thing CRBGs really do is allow for people to AFK/bot/account share their way to rank 14 since this allows for quick games even during off-times. During server only BGs, you had to win during primetime 'cause you canât âmake up for itâ by playing 24/7
