I heard the world first race didn’t kill her they just waited for her to die naturally on pull 80
If we don’t tag her, the game wouldn’t give us loot.

Same reason we can’t stun lock and murder them in a burst window.
Might not kill her/might kill her very slowly until she exerts said power in a combat situation.
Because we want to witness her gay ol’ winds.

This reminds me of funny bit that Hideo Kojima did in Metal Gear Solid 3. There was a boss in the game whose name was “The End.” He was supposed to be an ancient, legendary sniper over 100 years old. People going through the game normally when facing his boss fight would have to deal with him sniping at them as they crossed through terrain.
But if, when you reached the boss fight, you instead saved, exited, and then set your Playstation clock 8 days forward, he would die of old age and you could skip the boss fight.

Because we are rushing to stop Raz from opening the Vault of the Incarnates.
Of course, boss placement makes no sense, but this is WoW for you.
We love to see her newb-vacuum send people two-stories up to go ker-splat.
She’s just Raszageth’s personal roomba.

But I’ll kill her faster.
Also because you don’t leave a rampaging element (heh) unchecked. She could still live long enough to feasibly do damage had we not decided ‘No and additionally HELL NAH.’

I’ve said this a few times.
Because you’re racing against time to stop that stupid protodrake and Dathea is in your way?
I mean the same reason you crush flies or any anything else buzzing around you as you try to do something.
Its gonna be a bother, squish it.
Sure its gonna die in a day or two anyways, but I’m hurrying that process bc its in my way.
We’re not patient enough to wait for her to die off naturally. Plus if we don’t get the tag, we won’t get loot AND even if we did tag, what if she died and her corpse got stuck in the air? We’d not be able to loot and it all would go to waste.
Plus, you know, she’ll probably cause problems or something and who knows when exactly she’ll die. This is a far less compelling reason because Raz herself is a joke and a non canonical threat to begin with so it stands to reason her minions will not be threats either.
The only good elf is a dead elf, and even thrn only if they dont get back up.
Because she didn’t say exactly when it would kill her and we need to get to Raz as soon as possible so we can fail at stopping her from releasing the other incarnates.
