Why do some spells have cool downs listed in green? I assume it’s because it’s a variable and not static number, but what’s the variable? Haste? I thought haste affected all spells, not just a few…
It’s connected to haste reducing the cd.
And no, it isn’t every spell. It will affect the gcd, cast sperd and animation, but not the cooldown of every spell.
Short cd skills on your rotation will be affected by haste, like for example my judgment. But bigger cd, like 2 minutes avenging wrath, 3 minutes guardian, 5 minutes bop won’t be.
My guess is that haste cuts a % of cds and it would be way too effective on skills with minutes of cds.
