I’m trying to climb on both my UHDK and my Arms war and I’m just hard stuck at 1950. I lose a little then go back to 1950 then get multiple matches going 3/3. I can’t break ahead. Is MMR just that screwed right now or what?
PS: Before the “get gud” crowd comes in, I am doing fine. My kicks, stuns, and ccs are on point and I’m doing everything correctly. Don’t be weird.
I’ve noticed the exact opposite, where every game pre 2100 is kinda a joke.
You say this, but if that was true you wouldn’t be 1900. Generally the reason for being hardstuck at a rating means you aren’t good enough to get higher. And you need to improve in order to break past it.

Tell me how to get my team mates to do their jobs and press their buttons like a normal human. If I could tell them what to do and play 3 other characters at the same time I would but you know.

If you are playing optimally especially on arms warrior, you will win a lot more games than lose. There are always going to be unwinnable rounds due to bad teammates, but overall you should be winning more than losing. If not, then it’s something on your end. Maybe post some of your gameplay and you can get some help.
I have a positive record on my warrior. I’m currently 10 games over half. I’m consistently getting 3/3 lobbies. Then I go 2/4 then go back to 3/3. To regain somewhere in the mix i get a lucky 4/2 game then sit at 3/3 game.
Its just the mmr break refuses to go forward.
No that sounds like you’re not winning. Which you have to do in order to climb. You don’t go up for going 3-3 over and over again. You need to be more consistently going 4-2 or better.
doing everything correctly means being R1. post a vod or something and people can give actual advice
Uhdk also the worst shuffle spec by far the worse the healers in the lobby are the worse it is. I’ll lose a 1900 lobby all day it’s harder because you rly need 2nd abomb and healers at that mmr can’t make a match go 90s if their life was on the line
It isn’t late season, Unholy isn’t good in shuffle and you’re roughly where you usually are.
Skill issue.
Just dark sim life cacoon or pain supp or bubble etc and extend the round on your own.

one of the worst specs at the moment for shuffle, only 159 even at 2100+ currently in NA.
494 arms at 2100+ currently in NA and third highest rep melee, so if you’re unable to get 2100+ with this spec, then I would say that
is not true.
Not trying to be weird or toxic, just suggesting that you might have a lot more room for improvement than you think, at least as arms (and this is of course assuming you already have a proper talent build, mostly 678 gear with the right stats, enchants, etc.).
Also try to remember that shuffle is largely a numbers game. Bad rng can and will make you feel hard stuck, so you’ll need to queue a lot in order to make the bad rng factors relatively insignificant in terms of the effect on your rating.
Just keep queueing and striving to improve, and you’ll get there. Good luck
