Like you know raids and m+ are two different things right?
I feel like it’s a relic from the past, namely MoP where people would link AOTC Sha Of Fear “so you know I’m good.”

some one with aotc and 460 ilvl is competent enough to run any 15s.
You prolly take your low keys way too seriously and expect high io players to carry you.
First of all bold of you to assume.
I actually have a high io s3 i cant carry myself 
Secondly my key rn is a 15, not exactly a low key.
Thirdly,
I don’t expect to be carried at all I’m a freaking healer.
Lastly, mythic+ is more than io, we have affixes and different sets of mechanics you need to be familiar with, that raiding won’t give you.

15s are low. It’s minimum needed for weekly. If you aren’t taking appropriately geared aotc raiders to 15s you are just abusing the addon.
15s are you just make b line to the end boss and Dps thru everything.
And again. 15s are low. It’s what people do who just wanna do their one key for maximum weekly loot
Oh and healer is the easiest role to get carried in btw for low - mediocre keys.

There are different affixes and mechanics you need to be familiar with.
15s are not low, after you reach 15 everything is the same scale in dungeons.
Except usually people in low keys mess up a bunch more and they’re is actually A LOT more to heal.

Heroic nzoth has more mechanics than what matter in most 15s.
You’re taking your baby keys way too seriously. If you just get people who know how to Dps you will 2 chest all 15s.
Nothing one shots in 15 and you just phew phew.
Also go look up +21 FH no healer on YouTube. That is how much healers matter in keys, especially 15s. Everything does so fast. No need for healing really. Except maybe few bosses but those are scripted.

460 is enough ilvl for 15s which drop 465.
Stop looking to be carried by 475 ilvl 3k io players.

Not saying it’s not enough. But this late into the patch, 460 players are either trash or rolling new toons
15s don’t require anything but ability to do Dps. You don’t need MDI skips for 15s.
Affixes don’t even matter on 15s. Mobs die before tanks necrotic gets too high. And raging mobs on a 15 don’t hit hard at all.
High gear is allyou need for 15s. Not m+ across the board. Tbh dungeon / route / strat exp doesn’t start mattering till like 22 right now. 21s for some of the harder dungeons
