Cuz he used to be cool.
Then BfA happened where he became significantly less cool.

I loved Saurfang’s story in BfA. I thought the idea of coming full circle, to Shattrath, and his son, and his own “warrior’s death”, was a great idea. I thought the revival of that very Japanese influence on Orcish culture was a good move. The internal conflict in Saurfang, represented in AGW and throughout the BfA cinematics is a good story to tell.
The problem is that they seem to think you can only tell one story at a time, even though they introduce like 20 stories per expansion.
