Do more pugs, it happens quite a bit. It’s especially bad in random BGs sometimes. I was in one just the other day, we were down like 100pts in Arathi and some idiot started spamming chat with really derogatory remarks.
Sadly if you’re someone who pugs a lot, you just have to roll with it and be more mature than the toxic people. It’s the Internet, you get all kinds of awful.
P.s. if you’re really reasonable it usually takes the fun out of it for the toxic neck beard trolls.
Ha. I wish my first tank run went that well
I got kicked because I was barely holding aggro on Rezan, because I burned all my runes on the filler generating runic power spells, and never actually spent that runic power an anything and then didn’t LoS the fear 
Each time I got feared I lost aggro, and one of our dps died (to the fixate your supposed to kite so it really wasn’t even my fault) lmao. Not saying it wasn’t justified, I totally deserved it, but if they had instead offered to help, and told me “hey, get behind a the wall when he roars” we probably all could have easily made it through the rest of the dungeon, that’s not their job of course, but if would’ve been nice if they had atleast tried, and we’d probably get less “omg pugs so toxic” posts if more groups did this, Instead of just kicking.
Everyone’s experience is different.
(Side note: I’m pretty sure the game literally tells you to LoS it, but I wasn’t really sure where I was supposed to go to get out of LoS,)
I feel a lot of people just get their feelings hurt when they get booted from a dungeon, and label it Toxic as an excuse for themselves to pretend they didn’t get kicked out of a dungeon (or lost the game or whatever else the situation may be) for being bad.
Of course, not every “toxic” interaction falls Into that category, It’s just my personal theory that a lot of them do.

The problem is, I’m not. I’m the gray area. We walk the line, we balance the two extremes.
One does not need to be political to see links between arguments. Look up the definition of an “extremist liberal.” Now search the forum. Look at a lot of the responses. One does not need to be political to see the connection. This forum has helped me understand what the “extreme conservatives” mean when they say, “extreme liberal.”
That’s utilizing simple common sense and logic. And yes, I believe “extreme conservatives” are just as psycho. The difference? One party uses “God” to justify their atrocities, while the other utilizes “civil/human rights” to justify their atrocities.
There is balance in all things. The cool part about it is, this isn’t the MCU, so we don’t have to sacrifice 50% of all living things to obtain some form of balance, ensuring everyone wins in some way, shape, or form.
It’s called compromise. Once the world understands no one can have their cake and eat it too - unless they’ve earned the right to do so - everyone starts winning.
The people who have this as a “common problem” are almost certainly the cause of the problem. They are punching up in content levels they are too left of bell curve for and earning ire from people when they are, essentially, wasting the other people’s time.
It doesn’t justify abusive toxic behavior but it does explain it. When content, especially mythic+, is tuned so difficult that one underperformer wrecks an otherwise good competent group, people are going to be upset and lash out. Raids have built in wiggle room for carries. Mythic+ does not (or far less) once the keys start hitting driving age levels.
Do yourself a favor and go down several levels and get better at the game (your class and the dungeons). It just simply isn’t enough to “know” boss mechanics…knowing trash mechanics and specifically how to optimally handle things and how you can be the most useful is just as important. Pulling numbers similar to your peers overall is important too. It’s fine for someone to pop off on a pull and smoke everyone…especially if that also means you’re supporting them by doing other mechanics or whatnot. It’s not fine when you and the tank are competing for 3rd and 4th place on the meters and the healer has spent more time healing you as they have the rest of the group.
