Why the 50% healing reduction when there’s no downside for the shaman counterpart?

Shamans also get 20% dmg reduction with their mana rune AND free instant casts with Maelstrom + it’s gonna scale 30% with AP in p3

Every Alliance player complaining that horde gets access to sword/mace wep skill is a manbaby then.

I always heard that; because of bubble… Paladins get gimped a lot of times.

I’d love to see some runes that take away bubble at the benefit of some other major bumps.

Because without it, Paladin is broken af (in an OP way).

Like, even I knew it was busted that I could regen mana to full, ‘right click’, and go back to healing. Couple that with Sheath-HoT and…ya. It needs a major negative.

Prot needs a rune that turns bubble into a 50% damage reduction. Give it an increased CD even. Just something so we can mitigate some damage through a CD.

Wasn’t even broken when you could click it off. You were still forced into Art of War before hotfix and buff to AoW.

So the whole Mental Dexterity + Maelstrom Weapon combo isn’t even more OP because?

I would glady give up bubble for more utility and fixes to the class.

I think the weapon skill change is awesome. Makes NE hunters more attractive to play.

No, they just get to come back from the dead and walk on water… Still waiting for them to get their “turn water to wine” spell.

Rather use Guarded and not run out of mana.

I mean…they aren’t even in the same Phase. So…apples and oranges really. I’d wait until P3 drops to see if anything is changed to the P1 and P2 runes.

Paladin’s aren’t blizzards favorites for a few months. Paladins in tears and screaming to the sky that they aren’t head and shoulders above everyone else.

Explain to me how that makes it any different? It’s an instant cast, free full power heal empowered by spell power. That’s far better than mana regen over time with a rune that increases healing and adds a weak HoT.

I understand that the idea behind it is to not allow holy paladins to have literal unlimited mana, but at 60 they already do so it’s a really awkward rune for no reason.

Funny how this comes from a blue baby getting more spotlight than a light based class.

No it’s because it’s based off Divine Plea. You see, the creativity for SoD extends primarily to “How do we adapt these things that already fixed the issues with the game?”
