Was looking through my alt list and my undead rouge has a white box blocking the head gear he is wearing. Whats up with that?
Most likely a bug.
You can make a bug report on it in the bug report forum and if you need to include a link of a screenshot, upload to your image sharing place of choice (or copy a URL of it from discord) and put a ` at the start and end of it.
It should look like this when done right wowhead.com
That way they can figure out what is causing the bug and fix it. Make sure to list what item you have on and what it’s transmogged to.

One of the art assets for those holy symbols the Light Forged Dranei have that floats in front of the forehead on your head slot item is missing. I have the same issue. Generally that happens if a file gets corrupted from a patch (not this case) or if an artist rebuilds an asset file and accidentally forgets the asset, or changed the file path name to reference it.
