Why do I feel like bloom is on?

I see everyone else’s screenshots and they look so much cleaner then mine. It is like I have on bloom, even though it is not in the video settings? Anyone know what could be causing my haziness visually?

Thank you in advance.

I had similar so what I did was set resolution scale to 150%, turned off post processing AA in advanced settings I think it’s called. I also made sure FXAA was disabled in video card settings for nVidia. The game looks like night and day because it’s so crisp now.
I was running at 200% resolution scale but with ultra settings my fps dips to 60-70 in open world and I want to stay capped at 100. I think my GTX 1070 is to blame because the rest of my system is a beast.

try typing this in game: /console ffxglow 0

Change out 0 for 1 if you wanted to turn it back on. I think it looks far better being off.

Wow, thank you so much, major difference, fonts in-game are clearer and much sharper. Thank you.

Because bloom is on.

It was added in 1.3.0 and default to On in 1.3.1.

I believe you can turn it off with,

/console ffxglow 0

Using 1 should turn it back to On.

I have not tried the command though.
