Why do Hunters & Mages have Bloodlust but Rogues do not?

Outlaw has a mini-lust PvP talent and Take ‘Em By Surprise, but it’s not as dramatic, I guess.

hunter has a version of pretty much every ability type in the game so it makes sense they would have bloodlust too. not sure why mage though

mages have magic the deal with time alteration.

hunters have to have some reason to be needed.

rogues are selfish, out for themselves makes since we have nothing that benefits a group.

Mage got alterate time, uses magic to cast haste on the party.
