I’d hope that Stormwind would be a lot dryer and would help prevent sniffles but it sure isn’t! Maybe the local alchemist has some anti-sniffle tonics.
Honestly I hadn’t heard the worgen sniffle for a while but recently I heard one of them idle and it’s just as loud and obnoxious as it used to be.

Those female humans are what Garrosh had said to Sylvanas or some rich celebrity, for how they protray…
It always struck me as ‘bored teen girl’ animation. Giving them a bit of an attitude.
The dev who created it probably saw their female dates yawning a lot so they thought it was a typical thing

I feel a deep pity for female humans… the males of the species deserve to be purged more than the Burning Legion, especially if they’re paladins.
