if alliance is dying(subjective) then why would giving them the blood elf story but in blue give them more players or something? the SAME option is still on the ‘better’ faction

It is in no way a mirror of what is happening. Just because somebody made up a hypothetical doesn’t make it remotely the same
I think the issue with the Blood Elves is that the reason for them joining the Horde never really made sense. Many will attempt to pull the ‘Garithos’ card.
They were given a choice, join with the Undead who ravaged your homeland and led to the current situation - alongside the Orcs whom you fought an entire war against… As well as the Trolls who are related to the greatest of your ancestral enemies…
Otherwise, they could join the Alliance who they had multiple longstanding relationships with and diplomatic ties. Even with the actions of Garithos it remains clear that the Alliance under Stormwind is a separate entity to that of Lordaeron. Geographically the Alliance is the strongest entity on the continent and as such could provide the most benefit.
This lore reminds me of how eager the Alliance is to kill Scarlet Crusaders. It always baffled me how much effort the Alliance put into essentially ending the remaining survivors of Lordaeron.

Didn’t have to make sense if it balanced out the early vanilla populations and gave Chinese players more incentive to play the Horde side.
Nothing is cooler than being edgy AND pretty.

You DO know where the elves came from right?
Troll > night elves > exiled highbornes > high elves > rename themselves blood elves.
By your logic on dark spear trolls and amani trolls, they should not be allying with night elves, who are mutated trolls.
Stop using dark spear trolls as a point. They are JUNGLE trolls while the amani are FOREST trolls.

Why did the Horde want Blue Eyed Elves, which have been well established to be in the Alliance? Meanwhile, you get everything you ask for. Alliance get laughed at by the devs and given table scraps.
We didn’t even get ANY story about Uldir. Any. At all. There was no reason for us to even be there as we knew nothing about it.
As for races, the only “unique” race we have is Kul Tirans. Every other race is a reskin of another race. Meanwhile, on top of getting Zandalari which are vastly different than normal trolls, you have Vulpera, an entirely new race. (Yes, they use an existing skeleton, but they could’ve done the same for us with another new race like Mogu that use Draenei)

Yep, it’s the only one I would consider playing but since you have to play another to get it, just isn’t gonna happen.
Lets talk allied race.
Void elves = nightborne (edited model of opposite factions. I personally do not agree with implementing this)
LFD = HMT (slightly edited model of existing race in own faction)
Did = mag har orcs (same as above)
Mechagnomes = vulpera ( alliance got the short end of the stick. But both using same skeleton of existing race of own faction. I much prefer gil goblin on horde)
That leaves
Zandalari = kul tiran.
Zandalari is using a night elf skeleton, which already exist in the horde via nightborne. Kul tiran on the other hand, completely new rig. I say the horde got the short end on this one.
I say they are pretty even

With the rep requirement removal in Shadowlands, you might be able to earn Alliance ARs with a trial character if that makes things more feasible.

And you forgot that those were the same undead mobs that broke free from the lich king control and took back lorderon.
Them killing garithos (who was going to execute the whole blood elf race) after using him is a plus in my book.
